CURRENT DEVELOPMENTS: Taman Esplanad, Bukit Jalil The development of Taman Esplanad, Bukit Jalil has progressed to an advanced stage. The handing over of vacant possession for phase 1A and 1B will be due in January 2004. The project comprising 416 units of 2 ½ storey superlink houses, 20 units strata semi-detached houses and 65 units shop houses, all freehold units, is expected to be completed by the year 2006.
