Low Keng Huat Berhad ("LKHB"), set up in 1965, helms the construction operations of the Group in Malaysia
LKHB is a registered Construction Industry Development Board G7 contractor qualified to tender for projects of
unlimited tender sums in Malaysia.
Notable building projects undertaken by LKHB includes the US Embassy and Menara Public Bank both at Jalan
Ampang, the Sabah Foundation Building, Ampang Park Shopping Complex. Recent projects are the
mixed development at Taman Esplanad, Bukit Jalil comprising 416 units 2 1/2 storey superlink residentials,
66 units 3 storey shop offices and 25 units zero lot bungalows.
LKHB is currently involved in the construction of Panorama, a 33 storey 223 units luxury serviced
apartment in the vicinity of the KLCC. |

Low Keng Huat (Singapore) Limited ("LKHS") which was set up in 1969, is a A1 registered building contractor,
the highest grade under the Building and Construction Authority of Singapore, and is qualified to tender for
contracts with unlimited tender sums in Singapore.
LKHS' major construction projects include the Twin Regency, Domain 21, one-north Residence,
Southbank and Regency Suites in Singapore. Recent projects awarded are the construction of the Hard
Rock Hotel at the Integrated Resort at Sentosa, the renovation to the Meritus Mandarin Hotel at Orchard Road
and the mega shopping mall at Serangoon Central, Singapore.

complements the Group's construction and property development business yielding synergistic effects through the
availability of cheaper granite supply.
